PVSMT Membership Information
Like any organization, membership incurs certain obligations and responsibilities, written in by-laws, rules of
operation, understood as being in force by tradition or implied because of common sense or fair play.
Prospective members may visit the Club on three different occasions to meet members, see the layout
and learn more about what we do. After the third visit, the potential member will be notified regarding an invitation
to join the Club or not. If invited to join, payment of initial fees and dues must be received prior to, or in conjuction
with, the next visit to the Club. If invited to join the Club, acceptance must be made within 60 days.
The PVSMT is not an organization for young children. It is a serious group of mature people who actively pursue the hobby
of scale model railroading. Our members are at least 16 years of age.
Membership Guidelines
Period of Membership: 1 Year (November to October)
Fees: Initiation Fee of $25.00
Annual Dues: $120.00 (payable at $10.00 per month)
